Our dried floral wreaths are perfectly imperfect.  Just like our fresh flowers, we grow and dry each bloom here on Three Way Flower Farm.

Are you a lucky recipient?  If so, here are some care tips and expectations for taking care of dried flowers.

  1. Dried flowers are fragile.  Keep away from light, heat, air, and moisture to keep flowers looking their best.
  2. Wreaths are not meant for outdoor use.  Although temporarily hanging the wreath on your front door to welcome party guests would exquisite, these wreaths will not hold up well in the elements.
  3. Store wreaths upright or laid flat with nothing pressing or resting against the blooms.  If dust accumulates, blow off with a hair dryer on low, cool setting, while holding a good distance away from the flowers.
  4. Don’t overthink or fret.  If a bloom falls off, just poke it back in or use hot glue to repair.  It’s not rocket science.  The most important thing is that you ENJOY!

And I hope that you enjoy your wreaths as much as I enjoy making them!  From starting each seed, to planting a seedling, to growing, harvesting, drying, and creating…there is so much love there.   “May you always have fresh (or dried) flowers!”
